- Commercial premises — business units, ground-floor retail space, warehouses and land reserves.
- Developable land — plots in urban or development zones, with local-plan review and feasibility.
- Schemes and development — urban development, refurbishment, new build, holding.
- International buyers — British, Italian and Dutch buyers, and international partnerships (Cyprus, Italy).
Chains looking for sites
I hold the specifications of national chains in expansion and I look for sites matching their criteria — floor area, zoning, parking, availability. If you own premises or land that match, see the site criteria or write to me directly.
Agency fees on business goodwill and commercial premises: always payable by the buyer, never by the seller. 10% excl. VAT.

Most of these files are confidential and are not published online. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before the financials are released.
