58,700 m², 350 homes, a park and a hotel: regenerating the Sanatorium site.
A park and an exceptional mountain view, on a plot of 58,700 m². Nature has grown around the existing buildings and the project intends to preserve that landscape value. Architectural quality and functional circulation link the whole complex. The programme provides for new build and refurbishment for a total of 350 homes.
